Work off that Thanksgiving feast for a great cause! Agora Community Events and Silver Creek Master Association are proud to present the first-ever Tackle Hunger Flag Football Food Drive, happening Sunday, November 30th, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Silver Creek Park.
This is a free event for the whole family, built on our "Gather, Share, Serve" mission. Our goal is to stock the shelves at our local Sister Carmen Community Center and Food Bank for the holiday season and beyond!
How You Can Help
This is a free event, but to help us "Tackle Hunger," we have a suggested donation of at least 5 non-perishable food items per person. All donations will go directly to Sister Carmen Food Bank.
Calling all Flag Football Players: The "Pick-Up" game is the main event, and it can't happen without players like you! Whether you have years of experience or are just looking to try it out, all ages and skill levels are welcome to come and play. Sign up today to be a player and make this an event to remember!
Volunteers Needed: Looking to help but not ready to play? No problem! We are looking for volunteers to help with all aspects of the event. If you want to get involved, please register to volunteer and be a crucial part of this incredible event.
Event Timeline

11:00 AM - 1:00 PM: Community Mingle & Skill Challenges
Bring your food donations and grab a free hot chocolate or cider!
Join our all-ages Skill Challenges. We'll have fun stations set up to test your accuracy, distance, and agility. Fun for kids and adults!
1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Community Flag Football Pick-Up Game
The main event! We'll divide into teams for a friendly, community "pick-up" flag football game.
All skill levels and ages are welcome. This is all about having fun and running around—no experience needed!
Not a player? No problem! Come cheer from the sidelines, enjoy a hot drink, participate in the skill challenges, and socialize with neighbors.
